Pimlico Dental Care is based in the Pimlico / Victoria area of London, where patients have plenty of choice and often compare several practices before contacting one.
The goal was not simply to make the practice look more polished. The site needed to communicate trust quickly, make key treatments easier to understand, improve local relevance, and reduce the friction between a visitor landing on the website and becoming an enquiry.
Following the work, the practice saw a major uplift in calls and enquiries. Patient demand increased enough that the practice has since added two additional chairs to support growth.
