Can you work with my existing logo?
Absolutely. If you love your existing logo but need the identity built around it — colours, fonts, guidelines, stationery — we can scope a project around what already exists. We can also refine or modernise an existing logo if it needs updating rather than replacing.
How many concepts will I see?
Two initial concepts — both genuinely considered directions, not filler options. In our experience, more concepts creates confusion rather than clarity. You choose a direction and we refine it through two rounds of revisions until it's exactly right.
Do I own the logo outright?
Yes — full ownership transfers to you on final payment. You can use your brand assets however you wish, with whomever you wish, forever. No licensing fees, no usage restrictions, no ongoing payments.
Will my logo work for signage and print?
Yes — every logo we design is created as a vector file (SVG, EPS, PDF), which means it can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Whether it's a business card or a three-metre sign above your practice entrance, it will look perfect.
Can you design the website too?

What if I don't like the initial concepts?
